Marble Oval Dining Table

Great Table, fantastic customer service and lovely delivery people. Will buy from here again.

This site says "marble is sealed" but it definitely didn't seem like my table was when it first arrived.
I wish this site had given warning how easily marble stains. This was my first marble item so I was unaware. Second day of having the table, I placed a curry dish that was in a plastic container, in a plastic bag on the table for no more than 30 seconds whilst I grabbed a plate... Some of the curry sauce had leaked out of the container into the bag without my knowledge... i'm not exaggerating when I say within seconds of lifting the bag off the table there was an orange stain in the shape of the container that wasn't removed after giving it several good wipe overs...Read a good bicarb trick on google and left in on for 24hrs... luckily that removed the stain. I've since had it sealed but don't trust that. Even drops of water stain this thing. Whats the point covering its beauty with a tablecloth...It does look pretty. But just not practical as a dining table if you want to keep it looking good.
I feel like if you buy this table you should be prepared to pay some extra $$$ and get glass cut for its top.
And hopefully the next person who buys this will be aware marble stains super easily.
